RENTALS
When the BCC is not serving other community functions, space and equipment are available for rent to help support our continuing service to residents of Brooktondale and the Town of Caroline.
Rental Rates for the BCC Main Building, Old Fire Hall, or Pavilion:
(Rates apply to each building individually)

Minimum rental fee of $60 for 4 hours

Each additional hour $15

Maximum daily fee of $120

Recurring classes or meetings may be offered a reduced rental rate, subject to approval by the BCC Board.

Please note: When you submit these forms, they are automatically sent via email to BCC volunteers. We will attempt to reply to you within 24 hours, but in some cases it may take a little longer. Payment Instructions:
Your request to reserve the BCC (Main Building / Old Fire Hall / Pavilion) will be valid upon the completion of the following conditions:
1. Please mail a check for $60.00 as a deposit for your rental to P.O. Box 135, Brooktondale, NY 14817. If you cancel your reservation with more than 14 days’ notice, your deposit will be returned. If you cancel later, or do not show up for your rental, the deposit will be kept.
Your reservation will not be valid or considered accepted until receipt of your deposit.
2. Rental payment is made at the time of orientation and key exchange, the day of your event.
We accept payment by personal check or cash. Rental checks should be made payable to the “Brooktondale Community Center.”

COMMUNITY CENTER

The community center offers an open room suitable for small or large groups, fully equipped kitchen, chairs, tables, and two restrooms.
OLD FIRE HALL
South Room
526 Valley Road, Brooktondale, NY
The South Room in the Old Fire Hall is perfect for smaller gatherings, offers a full kitchen, restroom, tables, chairs, and couches.
PAVILION
522 Valley Road, Brooktondale, NY
The pavilion located behind the community center is equipped with picnic tables, benches, lights, and when rented comes with access to the restrooms in the main community center building.
Please note that the Pavilion is NOT available for renting during summer camp hours, as listed in the “BCC Main Building Calendar.”
