  • 211 Tompkins Cortland - 211 connects people in need with services designed to address that need.  Callers are referred to service providers according to their situation. No question is too big or too small. Wondering about Food Pantries in the area? Trying to find after school programs for your child? Would you like more help finding employment? Need to find housing or health care? 211 can answer all of these questions, and more.

  • Health Care Navigators - provide FREE advice and assistance in choosing a health insurance plan. New York still offers the excellent and affordable Essential Plan to low income families. 

  • Energy Navigators - provide FREE advice on lowering your energy bills and your carbon footprint. They will help you find and apply for relevant programs and incentives.

  • Hospicare - Hospicare & Palliative Care Services, a community resource since 1983, provides hospice care for people of any age with any terminal diagnosis. Our palliative care service specializes in relief of pain, symptoms, and stress at any point in an illness. Additionally, our bereavement support services provide grief counseling and support groups to those who are grieving a loss.
